SAMTA Mentor Training
SAMTA will be hosting a mentor training session on Thursday October 28th, to train new potential mentors and discuss our plan for the upcoming year. We hope you will be able to join us in launching a successful 2004-05 academic year! SAMTA is a nonprofit mentoring and tutoring organization dedicated to empowering youth to become positive agents of change in their own lives and in their communities. Toward this end, SAMTA provides youth with the resources, information, and support necessary to make more informed decisions regarding their academic choices, career and work choices, social and civic responsibilities. Over the last four years, SAMTA has been an active participant in the lives of the international students at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
