Bhuta Shuddhi Description Bhuta Shuddhi is the most fundamental practice in the yogic system. “Bhuta” refers to the five elements and “Shuddhi” means “to cleanse.” This purificatory process helps one to achieve a state of harmony and balance which prepares the body for higher levels of sadhana, or spiritual practices. Program Guidelines & session information Due to the nature of the practices, we request you to maintain an empty stomach condition when you come for the session. There should be a gap of: 4 hours from the last full meal, 2.5 hours from the last snack, 1.5 hours from the last beverage (excluding water) As a general note, always consult and follow your doctor's advice.
