Health Workshops: Public discussions, meetings, workshops, and seminars that are centered on eating healthily, exercising, having a healthy mind, and self-check-ups. Expert Talks: It is a show required by local doctors, dietitians and wellness specialist in matters touching on health and wellness. Fitness Demonstrations: Get trained in yoga, aerobics of any other optional exercise with training from qualified and professional trainers. Healthy Cooking Demos: Get fit meals by watching a live demonstration on how some tasty meals can be prepared. Kids' Corner: Games and perhaps the educational show that will make the children occupied while the parents watch the show. Raffles and Giveaways: Lottery and raffles with interesting prices during the day. Who Should Attend: People desiring to enhance their general quality of life.
