Yoga Session with Yogi Arun Tiwari
Yogi Arun Tiwari was born in 1979 in Janupur district situated between India's holiest cities of Allahabad and Varanasi. He is a disciple of His Holiness Acharya Roopchandra Ji Maharaj and has been learning all facets of Yoga from Acharya Ji for the last 19 years. He practices and teaches physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga to achieve (to experience) oneness with the nature and surrounding environment.
