A Journey of Kathak
Summer Multicultural Festival, sponsored by the Shrewsbury Public Library. Join Chhandika on an enriching journey of history, philosophy, storytelling, rhythm and math! through kathak, North Indian classical dance. Chhandika offers an energetic and interactive performance for all ages bringing to life the dynamic footwork, movements, stories of this ancient art form in the unique style of Pandit Chitresh Das and senior disciple, Gretchen Hayden.
