Inspiring and Engaging the Teenage Mind - talk by Swami Mitrananda
Swami Mitrananda from Chinmaya Mission Chennai has been involved with the Mission since he was a child. He has been responsible for a great youth movement in the Mission and is specially making this tour to be with the youth. In spite of landing in Dallas just that morning, and his extremely brief and hectic visit, he is coming to Boston, just for a day! Please welcome him and listen to him as he will talk about youth and guide us to make our time even more enjoyable for the children. As the Director of All India Chinmaya Yuva Kendra, Swamiji has spear-headed many innovative, nation-wide projects such as the Youth Empowerment Programme(YEP), Awakening Indians to India, Family Quiz among others. Swami Mitrananda uses powerful tools such as outdoor experiential learning, adventure, travel, biking, car rallies, theatre, writing and creativity to convey the profound message of Vedanta propelling individuals to tap into their hidden potential.
