Advanced Level Embedded Linux Development Hands-On Course
This course will provide an advance level of debugging and essentials of Embedded Linux Development on a target development board with ARM based architecture microprocessor.
You will get practical experience in developing an embedded Linux application through full 2 days of extensive hands-on lab work. You will also learn how to install a cross-development environment, build a compact version of Linux for an embedded device, install the build on the target embedded system, test and debug it's operation. During the course you will create, test programs and learn to debug.
The course will introduce you to usage of Eclipse IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and JTAG based debugging tools. Step-by-step training to master the embedded linux development will be provided while working on a target board based on ARM processor.
9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday

Texas Instrument AM3358 ARM Cortex-A8-based 700-MHz microprocessor, 256-MB DDR2 RAM, 1-USB, 10/100 Ethernet, 4-GB microSD based development board with FTDI USB-to-JTAG interface.
