TERRORISM IN SOUTH ASIA
Guest Lecturer: Dr. B. Raman on Terrorism in South Asia. Dr. Raman is a renowned expert on the subject of terrorism in the Indian Subcontinent. He has published numerous articles in print and Internet publications including The Indian Defense Review, India Abroad, Outlook, The Hindustan Times, Rediff, and Frontline. He has also published two books, "A Terrorist State as a Front Line Ally" and "Intelligence - Past, Present, and Future." He is the chairman of the Institute for Topical Studies in Madras and a member of the National Security Advisory Board of the Indian government.
