Come Make a Joyful Noise at First Parish Milton on June 26th!
Kirtan is a form of singing known as chanting. It is a divine prayer set to music and sometimes dancing, as well. Also known as Bhakti Yoga, repeating the name of the Lord through mantras gives people a significant way of connecting to and communicating with the divine. It is also through this devotional practice that we can connect with other people deeply, yet in a peaceful and even playful way.
