Discussion with Author Jerry Rao
Jerry Rao is a financial industry luminary, entrepreneur, and author who sits on the boards of several companies, including AARM Corporation. Currently, he is developing low-cost housing in India in partnership with HDFC Bank. Mr. Rao has MBAs from both the University of Chicago and the Indian Institute of Management. He worked at Citicorp for over 20 years, and is the founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Mphasis, which went public at over a billion dolalrs and the Chairman of the Nasscom Foundation, the largest software/IT industry organization in India. A recipient of the Karnataka State Rajyothsava Award and the E & Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology, Mr. Rao is also a regular columnist for the Indian Express and has published several books.
