UIA Potluck Picnic
Picnic starts at 12:00 PM
Please be on time as the Snacks will be served on time at 12:00 PM
Rain or Shine, Picnic will go on
(IT WILL NOT BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF RAIN)
We have booked a shelter with benches, tables and grills which is big enough to hold more than 100 people in case of Rain
Please Bring One Dish to Share: & Soda for you to drink
Here are some suggestions for Potluck (what to bring)
Snacks: Fruit Chaat, Potato Chaat, or any Finger Snacks etc.
Bread: Puri, Roti etc. Rice. Main Dish: Daal (not too liquid), Chickpeas, Cheese, Potato etc.
Paper Goods (Plates, Cups and Spoons) will be provided by UIA
Program includes: Art Competition, face painting, Children and Adult’s field events, Tug-o-War, Lots of Prizes for kids and adults UIA will provide Corn, barbecue Chicken & Watermelon
Don't forget to bring a blanket or chair, bike or basketball, and sunscreen
