Yoga for Youth and their Parents...led by Swami Mahesh!
Yoga helps develop a clear, focused mind and healthy body so that our children can make balanced decisions, and feel calm and connected. Swami Mahesh will share this special session to help us empower our young people to lead with their natural integrity and enthusiasm. All ages will have fun on a special Easter egg hunt for the "golden egg"!
