Festival of Diwali: Ancient Indian Festival of Lights / MA
Please join us at the Brahma Kumaris Learning Center for Peace on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for “Festival of Diwali: Ancient Indian Festival of Lightsâ€. Traditionally the Festival of Diwali, one of the most beloved festivals of India, is a 5-day celebration of good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and light over darkness. In our two-hour program we will celebrate and honor the light within – the shining light of the soul. The festivities will include spiritual insights offered by our special guest, BK Dolly from New Jersey, as well as a cultural program, meditation, and light supper. Come enjoy this ancient festival and discover the divine light shining within you! All are Welcome. Free Admission.
