Shloka Competition for kids in Greater Boston Area
A fun and beneficial shloka recitation competition for children,to inculcate and expose them to the wonderful heritage of samskritam. Learning shlokas and understanding their meaning will evoke children’s curiosity and interest to know more about our culture and heritage. Directions: From Rt 128 N / 95 N Take Exit 32 A for Rte 3N. Take exit 30 on Rte 3N for Rt 495 N. On 495 N take exit 38 for Rte 38 N (take Right at the ramp), Travel for about 5 to 6 miles on Rte 38N through Lowell go over the river and go around the Rotary and follow Rte 38N. Take right on to Bridge Street at the traffic light (Dunkin Donuts on the corner on the right), pass sign “Entering Dracut” and go straight through set of lights (you will see Wendy’s on the right). Go for one mile. Pass Dunkin Donuts on the right. Go 300 Ft further and turn Right into drive way at the blue sign board. (Note: stay on Rte 38N all along) From 128 S / 95 S Take exit for Rte 3N and follow the above directions.
