Come learn techniques to relieve your stress with an evening workshop on the Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS) by world renowned spiritual and motivational teacher Shuddhaanandaa Baba. Shuddhaanandaa Baba combines the best of Indian Yoga, Chinese Chi Kung and Japanese Jin Shin Jytshu in his Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS) course to help people heal themselves first, of all their inner hormonal imbalances and the energy blocks in the channels of energy flow. His meditation techniques are simple and are combination of Indian and Tibetan techniques. He talks profoundly on the subject of reorganizing our mental energy to tap the infinite potential and power of Positive Mind. Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS) uses techniques of Breathing, Meditation, mindful Stretching exercises and dietary suggestions to help manage stress and breathe new meaning and purpose into life.
