Effective strategies for cross cultural communications
This interactive workshop is designed to provide the awareness, knowledge and skills necessary to communicate effectively across cultures. Workshop participants will: · gain an understanding of their own perceptions, values, assumptions and the lenses through which they see others · learn practical skills for managing and dealing with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
