An Evening of Classical & Creative Indian Dance by Rohitha & Rashmi of Mysore
Rohitha Eswer and Rashmi Srinivasan are disciples of Vidhushi Nandini Eswer, and have trained extensively in the Tanjavur style of Bharatanatyam dancing. They bring to their repertoire and creative compositions, a refreshing uniqueness and creativity as they have also trained in other Indian classical dance forms, like Kathak, Manipuri, Odissi and Mohini Attam from renowned gurus in India. With his rare inwardness into Indian dance forms and iconography as an Indologist, Rohitha Eswer, brings an authenticity, intricacy and wealth of sculptured dance poses to live performances. Rohitha and Rashmi, the dynamic dancing duo, compliment each other in skill, talent and vitality, making them mesmerizing to the beholder. Their performances have been have been widely acclaimed in India, Switzerland and Germany.
