Dharma Foundation USA: Boston Chapter (Promoting Dharmic Thought for a New Global Vision) Invites you for a Public Lecture by: An eminent journalist and a social thinker from India, Mr. S. Gurumurthy OVERVIEW: Dharma Foundation USA, strives to promote the integral view of human development and works for an emerging global world order. Dharma Foundation has been successful to establish cohesive alliances with several leading and like-minded organizations representing the Eastern philosophies. In this search, we invite various distinguished individuals from time to time to further our efforts. This year, we are fortunate to have Mr. S. Gurumurthy visiting USA at our invitation. The Boston chapter of the Foundation is organizing this event on June 7. About the Speaker: The keynote speaker for the event, Mr. S. Gurumurthy, is an eminent journalist and economist. He is the founder and trustee of “Center for Policy Studies”, Chennai, India (http://www.cpsindia.org). He is also the all India co-convener of Swadeshi Jagaran Manch (http://www.swadeshi.org). Mr. Gurumurthy was an economic advisor to the last NDA government in India. Though a leading Chartered Accountant by profession, he is a consultant to several top Business Groups in India. In the past, he had been the chief advisor to Mr. Ramnath Goenka, founder of Indian Express group. He is also widely known for investigative journalism and was instrumental in uncovering the ‘Bofors’ scam. In his talk, Mr Gurumurthy will cover various topics ranging from current Global World view to India’s role in 21st century.
