Exhibition on Peace through Active Nonviolence Students from schools, colleges and community organizations as well as writers, poets and artists will display their work on peace and nonviolence. Through the construction of displays using artwork, essays, poems, interactive booths, audio-visual displays, speeches, music and skits, participants will research and study the teachings of various proponents of nonviolence. The exhibit runs for two weeks, from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day on Jan. 15 to Mahatma Gandhi day on Jan. 30. There will also be a film festival featuring documentary films of Martin Luther King, Jr., Mahatma Gandhi and others.
