200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Ekam Yogashala is hosting a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Rishikesh, India. The program includes traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practices, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, and philosophy classes.
