The Boston Chapter of the American India Foundation (AIF) is pleased to invite you to it's third annual GANDHI DAY WALKATHON Sunday, October 5th, 2003 9am check-in Artesani Park, Brighton, MA. Registration is on-line: https://secure.entango.com/donate/gx9V78E4mwk The American India Foundation (AIF) is devoted to accelerating social and economic change in India by connecting communities and resources across the United States and India. AIF's grants are focused on education and livelihood projects with a particular emphasis on primary education and women's empowerment. Cost: Registration is now open on-line at: https://secure.entango.com/donate/gx9V78E4mwk A minimum $10 registration fee is required for every walker over 8 years of age; children under 8 years of age may participate free of charge. You may also register on-site at Artesani Park for $15 on the day of the event.
Food: Following the walk, there will be a picnic including vendors from several of Boston's favorite Indian restaurants selling lunch items.
