Saheli: Sujatha Balakrishnan and Elizabeth Trask
You are invited to join us at Saheli's monthly meeting this Saturday, May 14th. This month's meeting will feature two guests.
From 2pm to 3pm, Elizabeth Trask, J.D., of the YWCA of Greater Lawrence will give a presentation, 'Legal Advocacy for Survivors of Domestic Violence: Immigration and Family Law.'
From 3pm to 4pm, Sujatha Balakrishnan, a community theater educator/counselor with Soroptimist International Bangalore, will lead 'Voices of the Unheard: A Forum Session on Violence Against Women.' It will be an interactive, 'Theater of the Oppressed'-style forum addressing violence against women.
