So From April 8th thru 22nd. How to observe this Fasting? You can curb your urge for Food, esp. unhealthy! Go for Satwik food only in moderation! You can go after six enemies to Spiritual Progress, namely; Kaam (Desires – esp. wants), Krodh (Anger), Lobh (Greed), Mad (Ego – Arrogance!), Moha (Attachment) and Matsar (Jealosy). You can take something from 20 Important Spiritual Instructions By Sri Swami Sivananda : http://www.dlshq.org/teachings/20instr.htm You can do Anusthan such as 108 times Hanuman Chalishaa daily during Bhamhamuhurt! It takes about 3.5 Hours!
