Fusion 2003: Beyond Boundaries / NETSAP-DC
This year's show, FUSION 2003: Beyond Boundaries strives to illustrate the differences amongst the cultures within the region, while depicting the underlying similarities; South Asia truly is a fusion of traditions and ideals. For 2003, FUSION will incorporate pieces from Northern India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Southern India. Beyond Boundaries will include a series of ethnic dances choreographed and performed by members of the community; a short film and original play written, produced and directed by local talent; and a live musical performance by area artists.
