GROUP MEDITATION – WITH GUIDED COMMENTARIES
Many of us have our own practice of meditation and when we join into a group experience of meditation we take a high jump in our practice. The high jump has to do with resonating with the higher vibration of the group as a whole. When we do this, each one’s experience can reach a new height of experience of inner peace and tranquility.
