Team Aajit Wins 3rd Place At TyE Global Finals

TiE Boston's Aajit Power took home Third Place as well as the top prize for the separate 1-Minute Elevator Pitch Competition, held at the TyE Global Awards Banquet on Sunday, June 16th, at George Mason University.
16 TiE chapters participated in this year's TyE Global Compeition hosted by TiE DC. TiE Vancouver's and TiE Chennai's teams tied for 1st place and TiE Seattle's team won 2nd.

Team Aajit Power won the first place prize of $5000 at the TyE-Boston Finals. Jonathan Kraft, President of the Kraft Group, matched that amount aftering hearing their pitch at TiECON East 2013.
The team consisted of Joanna Davis, a sophomore from Acton Boxborough Regional High School,
Abhinav Kurada, a freshman from the Advanced Math and Science Academy,
Tejas Subramanian, a freshman
from Acton Boxborough Regional High School, Iris Oliver, a sophomore
from Concord Academy, and Abhinav Narayanan, a sophomore from Ashland
High School. The mentors were Gaugarin Oliver and Gopal
Subramanian.
