Leader Bank is honored to be the recipient of the Special Achievement Award as the “Top Minority Lender” from Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MassHousing). Sushil K. Tuli, President and CEO of Leader Bank, accepted the award at a MassHousing ceremony that took place on March 1, 2013.

Leader Bank is currently the second largest MassHousing lender in Massachusetts, and provided the greatest number of loans to minority families in 2012. Last year, Leader Bank originated 281 MassHousing loans that totaled $75.8 million. Leader Bank was able to provide financing to 59 minority families with real estate values totaling approximately $12.7 million.

Mr. Tuli, who has served as a member of MassHousing’s Advisory Board since 2010, stated “Leader Bank is extremely proud of our relationship with MassHousing.
