On Feb. 16th Jain Social Group (www.JainSocial.org) hosted its inaugural event, An Entertainment Night with Valentine’s Day theme. It was a sold out event with entertainment packed evening. At the event, all the guests came in pre-announced Valentine themed clothes, there was a professional photo booth setup. Party started with Ice breaker game designed to promote social networking and mouthwatering appetizers from Café India.

Group’s founder Parind Shah did welcome address in unique style by reciting a poem describing values of the newly founded group that he wrote himself. All the guests enjoyed a special red carpet introduction called ‘Valentine Walk of Fame’ hosted by Niren Jhaveri before indulging in to Bollywood style dancing on the music by New England’s fame DJ DASH. Guests from all ages seem to enjoyed it thoroughly. About 15 different awards including best dressed men/women, best dancer, most gracious grandparents, sweetest baby, unsung hero/heroin were presented by group’s mentor and well known businessman Rakesh Kamdar. After delicious dinner by Café India, guests enjoyed deserts from Bollywood Delights and a special eggless cake was ready for couples who were celebrating their wedding anniversary that week including one couple, Hetal & Tejal Shah of Burlington who celebrated their 16th anniversary at the event.
