Ranjani Saigal 03/27/2003 In what promises to be the experience of a lifetime, Chinmaya Mission of Boston along with the Meru Foundation and Learnquest Academy are proud to present a Musical Festival Weekend featuring the outstanding and legendary carnatic musicians. It is indeed a glorious occasion to hear the enigmatic Sri Lalgudi Jayaram perform live, for "how often does one get a chance to listen to and learn from such amazing musicians," asks Durga Krishnan a key organizer for this event. Durga Krishnan is a well known carnatic musician from the Boston area. Two events are planned for the weekend. One is a recital at Rogers Center for the Arts (Merrimack College, N. Andover) on April 26, 2003 (Saturday) at 5:30PM.
