After attending the “Why this Holi-veri di” event last weekend, people returned with their faces colored with Holi colors, but more prominent on their faces was the color of joy and happiness.. The tickets for the event were sold out early in the week, setting the stage for a highly successful event on Saturday. Those who were lucky enough to get tickets got to meet with kindred spirits and enjoyed the fun in each other’s company.. DJ Preetesh once again demonstrated his impressive knowledge of Bollywood music and his ability to keep crowds of all ages engaged.. The attendees are already looking forward for his next gig and are signing up for upcoming events.

The event started with a warm welcome from the organizers after which people got engaged in various fun activities and games. The theme of the program was ‘Holi in Bollywood style’ and the attendees were walked through Bollywood’s great love-affair with Holi and its colors. The games organized by DJ Preetesh were new in concept and were highly appreciated, and the Karaoke round brought in more vibrancy to the event. The crowd was enthralled with the songs by Parag Joshi, Manish Arora, Vishan Narag, Abhishek Saxena and Rishika Nigam during the program. The other commendable members in the gathering were Ruchika Arora, Pratibha, Parvinder, Suraj Kapoor, Manish among many other people who ensured an excellent execution of the program.

A special Holi themed mouthwatering spread by Bollywood Grille was greatly appreciated. Special attention was paid on the menu and Bollywood Grille ensured that the people experienced something new and relevant to the festival alongside other popular dishes in the menu. “I never experienced such a variety in food in such an event. Excellent work!” said Neha from Billerica. The Bollywood Grille team informed that they had received over 100 extra ticket requests which they had to deny because they did not want to make the place overcrowded. People loved the venue as they had enough space to settle down and enjoy food and dance.

The main attraction of the event was the dance segment with DJ Preetesh.. “One of best qualities of DJ Preetesh is that he can engage people from all ages seamlessly with his outstanding music knowledge”, said Parvinder from Bollywood Grille. People were not ready to leave the place even after multiple announcements of “time is over”. Ajay from Westborough said that he had not danced that hard in many many years’. The mixing of music from various genres was flawless.

People played Holi in a separate arrangement made by the organizers. The perfect weather made playing and celebrating Holi an unforgettable experience - a perfect closing ceremony for a perfect Holi event!
