During a promotional event for her forthcoming movie Agneepath, a channel's animated character Bheegi Billi sprang a surprise on Priyanka Chopra by leaping on her from behind. Priyanka who is known to be a bindaas and daredevil girl was scared to bits. Later, she grew very fond of Bheegi Billi and was seen playing with his whiskers.

2012 seems to be Vivek Oberoi's year, with the actor to be seen yet again as an action hero in several films this year. But he regrets not being part of Bijoy Nambiar's debut film "Shaitaan".But, now he has signed Nambiar's next, titled "David". "Whoever has seen 'Shaitaan' knows Bijoy is phenomenally talented. Bijoy invited me to see his film and when I went, I told him it's a fabulous film... something new and something different. Bijoy turned around and said I pursued you for three months to act in this film, " Oberoi told reporters.

Singing legend Asha Bhosle will be one of the judges on Sahara One's "Sur-kshetra", a new reality show that will feture singers from India and Pakistan. Her names associated with the show include singer-composer Himesh Reshammiya and hit Pakistani singer Atif Aslam, who will captain the Indian team and the Pakistan team respectively.The host of the show, expected to be launched in February, is yet to be announced. "Sur-kshetra" is being produced by Gajendra Singh, founder and managing director.
