Vidya Balan looked conscious as her dad visited her on the sets of 'The Dirty Picture'. All this while Vidya Balan was comfortable indulging in a skin and smooch fest for her next project. Her father P R Balan happened to drop in at Mehboob Studios in Bandra where she was filming for Milan Luthria's flick. Her dad and her mother Saraswati stay away from media glare and it was a rare occasion to have him around on the sets. According to a studio source, "Vidya was nervous when her father was watching from behind the camera. Apart from the oomph factor, Vids also had to keep on smoking for the scene. This doubled her dilemma."As she had been hospitalised recently, due to stress and exhaustion, her dad also expressed concern about her puffing away. When he realised that she was inhibited seeing him on the sets, he went and spent time reading in her vanity van.â€

Actor Ronit Roy was arrested in Mumbai after his car rammed into another car injuring three of its four occupants, including a woman who is in critical condition. A court later granted him bail. The 42-year-old actor was driving his Mercedes at a high speed when he rammed into the oncoming car in which a family was travelling. The victims have been identified as Deepak Darera, 60, his wife Kanta, 55, and their daughters Pooja, 24, and Sneha, 28, police said. Three of the four members of the Darera family from Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri were injured. One of them is reported to be critical at the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital.

After "Wanted", actor Prakash Raj will be seen with Salman Khan once again. He will play the main villain in "Dabangg 2", says actor-producer Arbaaz Khan. "The extremely talented actor Prakash Raj is the main villian of 'Dabangg 2', " Abaaz posted on his Twitter page Tuesday. onu played Chaddi Singh, the bad man in the original movie. But if Prakash Raj will play the "main villain" in the sequel, one wonders what will happen to Sonu. But Sonu, who is repeating his villainous act in "Osthi" Tamil remake of the film, tweeted: "@arbaazSkhan is a fab guy, I know he will make a great film. I will always be there with him may be not as an actor this time but as a brother." However, what will be retained in the sequel is the pairing of Salman and Sonakshi Sinha. "Dabangg 2" will release in December 2012.
