North Shore CPA firm with diversified clientele seeks a Bookkeeper to assist with monthly accounting duties..
Primary Responsibilities: • Reconciles key General Ledger accounts • Prepares month-end close • Reconciles client’s bank accounts • Prepares payroll, meals and sales tax returns as required • Maintains general ledger • Provides journal entries • Generates reports and financial statements • Assists with corporate tax return preparation • Other financial support functions performed as assigned.
Required Abilities:
+ College degree with a major in accounting or finance + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word + Knowledge of ProSystem fx Trial Balance and Lacerate Tax software a plus + Conscientious and hard working + Ability to multi-task + 1 to 3 years of work experience Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume to cpa1210@gmail.com.
