Call for Applications
The Youth, Cultural, and Educational Programs (YCEP) Committee invites applications from graduating high-school students for two $ 1,000 Vidya Lakshmi Academic Scholarship awards.
Eligilbility Criteria for Applicants:
1. Must be in Grade 12 and planning to pursue college studies;
2. SAT Score of at least 1800;
3. Must have volunteered to do community service between May 2009 and April 2010;
4. Should be a practising Hindu and part of the Sri Lakshmi Temple community;
5. Must not have received any other scholarship awarded by Sri Lakshmi Temple, Ashland.
Eligible and interested students should mail the attached application form, along with all supporting documents and transcripts to reach the following address on or before April 30th 2010:
