Katrina Kaif flew in from Bhopal to Mumbai for a day just to be part of the event and walked the ramp in a dress that Salman had hand-painted.   The face on the fabric was of a saint. Katrina had no idea what was in store for her when she arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday morning. “I knew a lot of Salman’s guy colleagues like Aamir and Ajay were walking the ramp. I also knew I was the only woman to walk for him. But I didn’t know what I was going to wear.” Trying to contain her excitement Katrina said, “Within hours in the morning Shane and Falguni Peacock took my measurement and stitched the dress for me. It’s got an amazing feel flow and look to it. I feel different wearing it. I can hardly wait to walk the ramp in it, and that too when I’m the only girl walking the ramp for Salman.” Katrina says the dress is a work of designed delight.

The South Korean embassy will Thursday confer two special honors on Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. "The Korean government has decided to confer an honorary belt in taekwondo to Shah Rukh and they are also giving him the title of an honorary ambassador for culture and tourism," Shah Rukh's spokesperson told.  According to his spokesperson, the talks for the honor had been underway for "a couple of days". This will be Shah Rukh's second international honor this year after he was presented an honorary doctorate in arts and culture by Bedfordshire University in London for his contribution to culture in July.

The bonding between Shilpa and Jermaine which was established during her turbulent stint at Big Bother, just got much stronger and more creative during Jermaine’s current visit to India when Shilpa along with Adnan Sami (currently recuperating from an accident during the shooting a music video with Jermaine) played hosts to Jermaine and his wife Halima. In fact on Monday Shilpa and her NRI boyfriend Raj Kundra flew the Jacksons in his private jet (owned collectively by Kundra and two other business tycoons) to Agra and then to Jaipur for a flash visit to these legendary touristic spots. Says Shilpa, “It’s too early to talk about what Jermaine and I are doing together. But yes, we will work together for sure. Shamita’s singing, the world has now seen. Isn’t she adorable?”

He is in showbiz for more than two decades, yet Bollywood actor Aamir Khan was nervous before his ramp debut for Salman Khan's "Being Human" show at the ongoing HDIL India Couture Week. He said he wanted to go back home.  "I was extremely nervous because I have never done it before. I am not used to doing all this. This is not my world. But I did it just for my friend Salman and to support the cause, " said Aamir

Actor Randhir Kapoor has for the first time spoken about the much publicised relationship between his daughter actress Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, expressing his approval. The 62-year-old actor said that the happiness of his daughter is paramount to him and he approves of Saif as Kareena's partner."My blessings are with the person who keeps my daughter happy because at the end of the day, her happiness is all that matters to me, " Randhir, who  attended the Global Cinema Festival 2009, said.
