Valli Y. Ramavarapu, 76, Rossford, Ohio , mother of Radha Raman Gargeya of Sudbury, MA, passed away on March 16, 2009. The daughter of Narasimha Chary and Sita Devi (T. Kandalam), she was born October 26, 1932 in India. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ranganatha Rao, her brothers, T. K. Acharya, T. K. Satagopam, and T. K. K. Chari.

She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Science (B. Sc.) and a graduate degree in Education (M. Ed.).Valli was a High School Principal in Bhimavaram, India until her retirement. She led in her professional and personal life by the power of her example. She was kind, graceful, dignified and always saw the good in others.

She is survived by her brother T. K. N. Alwar, India; daughter, Mithilesh Kumari (Kiran) Tamirisa, Rossford, OH; son Radha Raman (Shailaja) Gargeya, Sudbury, MA; daughter Veena (Ram) Peddada, Casper, WY and seven grandchildren.
