Come and support Pratham's accomplishment in reaching over 21 million children in India through the Read India campaign. Pratham is India's largest non-profit organization in the area of primary education. Pratham launched the Read India program in January 2007 with the goal to reach 60 million children and ensure their ability to read, write and do basic math. This event is a great opportunity to learn more about Pratham and what you can do to support the cause of literacy.
Bollywood Karaoke Night will be a fun way to interact with local professionals while singing and listening to old and new Bollywood tunes. It will feature some professional singers as well.
The event will be held at TANTRIC India Bistro Lounge, one of the trendiest lounge venues in the Boston area, and will include appetizers.
Pratham USA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established in 1999 to support Pratham's critical work in India. Our mission is to make significant contributions to Pratham's goal of "Every Child in School and Learning Well" by raising awareness about the problem of illiteracy in India and by raising funds to support Pratham's projects.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Pratham.
