Broccoli and Cauliflower Roulade
Ingredients 1 1/2 cup Broccoli 1 cup Cauliflower 2 cups white sauce 2 tbsp gelatin salt and pepper to taste 4 drops of Taasco Sauce 3 flakes garlic
Method Blanch Cauliflower and Broccoli Cut into small cubes Add Salt, pepper, garlic, gelatin, tabasco white sauce, to broccoli and cauliflower separately. Set aside. Take a mould . Put one layer of Broccoli. Layer cauliflower. Repeat. Tighten it in a silver foil and put into the deep freezer. Cut out from deep freezer after a few hours. Cut into slices and serve chilled
Broccoli Musallam
Ingredients 1 1/2 cup broccoli 1/2 cup cauliflower 1 inch ginger 2 flakes garlic 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup onions chopped 1 tsp turmeric 2 tsp chillie powder 2 tsp cumin and coriander powder 10 cashews 2 tsp kasoori methi 1 bay leaf 4 cardamoms
Method Cut and saute the two vegetables. Add bay leaf and cardamom. Add onion and till it turns golden brown. Make a paste of ginger and garlic and saute for a minute. Add masala powders and tomato puree. Saute well. Add cashewnut paste and garnish with cilantro. Add broccoli to gravy and serve hot.
Broccoli and Boursin Cheese
2 cups broccoli 1/2 cup Boursin cheese 3 flakes garlic salt and pepper 4 roomali rotis
Blanch Broccoli, add salt , pepper and garlic and keep aside. Add garlic to cheese and whip it. Take a roomali roti add broccoli to it and roll . Then add the cheese and roll again. Wrap foil on top and deep freee. Cut into thin slices and serve.
