SEACOCMass is a local nonprofit organization which was established in 2001 to serve and advocate for the South East Asian Community in Central Massachusetts. In 2002 with the financial support from City of Worcester, the South East Asian Center of Central Massachusetts at 120 Chandler Street, Worcester, MA was established to achieve our objectives and goals. As you know there are over 238,000 Asian Americans living in Massachusetts, out of which 19,700 live in Worcester County and almost 9000 Asian American call Worcester their home, the place of their dreams and aspirations.
This is an opportunity for this community to come together to share their cultural heritage with the Worcester Community at large. We are planning an afternoon full of dance performances, colorful costumes, music and food from Asian Countries (China, India, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Japan, Korea, and Philippines). Additionally, we will offer information on health education and hold a free medical screening program for anyone who wants to participate.
We would like to thank you for your help and support in promoting this program to the community. There is no admission fee for this Festival.
