Remarkable beauty and abounding talent made Waheeda Rahman the toast of Bollywood in the fiftees and part of the sixties. Bringing a rare sense of dignity and class to each and every performance, she is much loved and respected in the film industry even today.

  The gifted actress who made such memorable films like ‘ Guide’, Chaudhvin ka Chand’,  ‘Pyaasa’, ‘ Reshma aur Shera’ to name a few, is visiting Boston this month end at a fund raising event for Pratham, a literacy foundation.
