The Board of Directors of Leader Bank, N.A. proudly announced the promotion of John Fanciullo to Executive Vice President. John joined Leader Bank in January 2006 and has quickly become an essential contributor to Leader Bank’s success.

“John's 35 years of banking experience and his proven record of performance and accomplishments will continue to contribute to Leader Bank's financial and strategic initiatives," said Sushil K. Tuli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Leader Bank.

As the Executive Vice President, John will continue to manage all aspects of Leader Bank’s operational and compliance activities in addition to contributing to the Bank’s strategic planning.  “I am eager to continue working with the bank’s qualified management team in advancing the goals of this financial institution and promoting the concept of individualized service ,” said Fanciullo.  Leader Bank has a proven record of servicing not only it’s customers but also the community at large.  Fanciullo continued, “I am looking forward to being a part of the continued growth and success of Leader Bank.”

Prior to joining Leader Bank, John had been the Senior Vice President and Treasurer for South Shore Co-Operative Bank and also held executive positions with Quincy Savings Bank and Horizon Bank & Trust Company.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business Administration at Suffolk University and his Graduate Certificate from the Graduate School of Savings Banks, Fairfield University. He is the President of Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA.
