The Brahmin Society of New York is pleased to announce “All Brahmin Convention, Trade Show & Shubh-Milan”, and cordially invite you and your family to join. We expect Brahmin families, Businessmen and Shubh-Milan candidates from North America, UK, India, and many other countries with a few invited Brahmin celebrities to participate in this unique event. It will be a celebration of Brahmin Heritage & Culture, the beginning of everlasting relationship, and a fun filled vacation for entire family in the greatest city of the world New York.

BSNY CONVENTION will be different from the previous, very successful conventions held By Various Brahmin Samaj; again it will be ABSOLUTELY FREE, for kids and youngsters. To encourage them to participate in our cultural activities, as they say, “put your money where your mouth is”, or “If you build, they will come”, we at BSNY have tried to do the same. Now it’s up to all our fellow members to support us by sponsorship / advertisement and sending early registration for whole family.

To follow the theme “Here we grow again”, we will have first Brahmin trade show. It is a great opportunity for all Brahmin businessmen to promote their business/product and networking. We invite all the businessmen to book the booth and participate in the show.

Shubh-Milan is an equally important part of this convention. Since it started by B S O U in 1998, every year it’s getting more and more successful in terms of number of candidates, popularity and more candidates finding most suitable life partner.

We will make sure that children and youngsters have maximum fun, and Shubh-Milan candidates will have more time to get to know one another. Keeping our seniors in mind, we are planning many activities and programs of their interest, and attending the convention with invited celebrities will be an added bonus for everyone.

As traditional Gujarati Brahmins, our love of food is entwined with our culture. Although the food was excellent at all the previous conventions, we will try to do even better this year.

Looking at the economical aspect, we conducted a very thorough research to get the best possible rates for our members and were able to keep lowest possible registration fees.

Since the announcement, we have had overwhelming support from all the Brahmin Samaj executives and members. We at BSNY expect the same continuous support from all our fellow members.

Convention registration Fee:

$75 per person, age of 18 yrs and above, for registration and payment received up to Jan 31 2007.
$95 per person for registration and payment received after Jan 31, 2007. All kids and youngster under
18 yrs can participate in convention for absolutely free. (I D required) No Exceptions.

Trade Show registration Fee: $500 PER BOOTH. NO RETAIL SALES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM BSNY. Registration includes 2 free admissions for convention and trade show, profile & listing in Convention Directory, participation in Convention activities and trade show.
Booth size will be appx 10x10; participants will be responsible for all the setting up. Booth will be assign on first come first served basis due to limited availability of booths.

Shubh Milan registration Fee: $125.00 Per Candidate for registration and payment received up to Jan 31, 2007. $150.00 per Candidate for registration and payment received after Jan 31, 2007.

All Registration includes Convention Directory, participation in Convention activities and trade show, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. NO REFUNDS. Room Charges to be paid direct to hotel.
