AAINA presents Mela Day / Visa Camp / Concert “ Yaadeinâ€
Shailesh Baid, who took over as President of AAINA last year is urging the New England community to come and participate in a big way on April 22nd at the Burlington High school
for an event that has something for everyone. AAINA is organizing in
cooperation with the Consulate General of India, New York, a VISA CAMP,
Visa Applicants are required to bring in their Fully Completed
Applications, US Passports (in Original) Required Fee in the form of
Cash(exact amount in the denominations of $50 or Less), Certified
checks and money orders made out to, ("Consulate General of India, New
York") and TWO Passport Size Photographs (2"x2"). The visa camp is open
to all and is free and will be held between 12.00pm to 6.00pm.
Along
with a visa camp, the event will also feature various Display Stalls
that will sell jewelry, clothes, Handicrafts and many other items.
People waiting in line for visas and other visitors can sample many
delicious Indian dishes.
The
highlight of the evening will be a Live Concert "YAADEIN - A MELODIOUS
MUSICAL EXTRAVAGANZA" sponsored by SAVY MEDIA. Famous Playback Singer
Mohd. Aziz and his group including Minesh, Hetal, Smurti, Prakash
Kumar, Vidhi (Sonu) and Jajab will take you back to the nostalgic
memories of Mohd. Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Mukesh, Mannadey, Lata
Mangeshkar and Asha Bhonsle. They would entertain you with Songs,
Music, Comedy and Dances. LIVE CONCERT: Concert will begin at 6:30pm to 10:00pm
