Leader Bank, N.A. announces announces the appointments of Alfred J. Odoardi, Senior Vice President - Commercial Lending; John Fanciullo, Senior Vice President - Operations; and the promotion of Chief Financial Officer Brian R. Taylor, CPA to Senior Vice President.

Mr. Odoardi brings over 25 years of banking experience to his new position at Leader Bank. As the Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, Mr. Odoardi will be overseeing all aspects of Leader Bank's commercial lending including loan origination and business development. President Sushil K. Tuli said, "We are so pleased to welcome Fred to Leader Bank. His experience will be a great asset to our commercial lending division." Prior to joining Leader Bank, Mr. Odoardi had been the Senior Vice President in charge of commercial lending for Chart Bank through their acquisition by Benjamin Franklin Bank. Mr. Odoardi received his BA from Nasson College and his masters from Rutgers University. Mr. Odoardi commented, "I am very excited about working with a community bank and I look forward to helping Leader Bank increase its commercial lending portfolio.

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, John will be managing all aspects of Leader Bank's operational and compliance activities. Prior to joining Leader Bank, John had been the Senior Vice President and Treasurer for South Shore Co-Operative Bank located in Weymouth, MA. He was responsible for managing the financial affairs of the Mutual Holding Company and the bank. John has also held executive positions with Quincy Savings Bank and Horizon Bank & Trust Company. "I am excited to work with the Leader Bank team and share their vision of community banking", commented John. John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business Administration at Suffolk University and his Graduate Certificate from the Graduate School of Savings Banks, Fairfield University. He is the President of the Oakley Country Club located in Watertown, MA

Mr. Taylor has been with Leader Bank since its opening in 2001 and has almost 20 years in the financial services industry. "Brian is a pivotal member of Leader Bank's team and this well deserved promotion will strengthen his already established position," said Leader Bank President Sushil K. Tuli. Mr. Taylor is an essential part of daily operations at Leader Bank in addition to being extremely involved with the bank's strategic planning. Mr. Taylor has also been an important contributor to the bank's Advisory Board and very active with the Board of Directors. Before joining Leader Bank, Mr. Taylor served as the Chief Financial Officer of Metrowest Bank during the bank's acquisition by BankNorth. Mr. Taylor manages all financial operations at Leader Bank and is essential to the bank's continued compliance with OCC and FDIC regulations.Mr. Taylor received his education from Northeastern University with a concentration in accounting and management.
