Press Release 10/18/2005
Small Business Innovation Research, National Security and the Future Small Business Working to Protect our Nation's Critical Infrastructure
The What, How, and Who of the SBIR/STTR Program will be addressed at the Fall 2005 National SBIR/STTR Program in Albany, New York, November 14-17, 2005.
The main goal of the SBIR/STTR Conferences is to help you Learn How to Tap Into a $2 Billion Dollar Business Resource Through the National SBIR/STTR Program!
At this National Conference in Albany, new and aspiring small businesses can learn about the SBIR/ STTR Program….how to apply for and what it takes to win some of the $2+ billion in U.S. Government R&D investments. The SBIR/STTR Program funds high-risk projects at the earliest stages of technology development - before companies can attract venture capital - and works with you through that development and on into the actual commercialization of your technology!
Whether you are new to the Program, have received your first Phase I, or are a multiple award winner, the sessions offered in Albany this Fall will help you enhance your participation in the SBIR/STTR Program.
Remember…..successful SBIR/STTR ventures not only create successful companies, they create JOBS. Jobs in your area, states and across the country! More and more large corporations are outsourcing and looking for the innovative help provided by smaller companies. How do you tap into this network? How do you move from idea to product? This Conference Program has been developed with the total journey in mind!
