Mix below ingredients in a bowl, chopped, based on quantity desired.
- Green Lettuce
- Red Onions
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers ( peeled)
Then add pinch Salt (optional), Black Pepper ( as desired), little Olive Oil and some Chana Jor (tangy spicy Bengal Gram flakes) ( from Indian store) for Croutons. Sprinkle with crushed Parmesan Cheese ( optional) . Mix well with Spatula and Enjoy !
