Celebrating The Nature’s Gifts

Text Box: The colorful vegetables in the garden

Hold a rainbow of beauty and nutrients

Each vegetable has its own unique hue

Add them to your plates without fail

Their shapes and nature are diverse and

Interesting with earthy, sweet, and pungent scent

They offer a wealth of vitamins and minerals

Nothing quite like their purity of nature

Orange, pink, purple, or white carrots

Grow under the soil and sun’s glows

Crunchy and sweet roots from the nature

They are beyond compare in our garden

A leafy green, freshly grown lettuce

A great source of beta-carotenes

Dancing and whispering in the breeze

Toss them in salads or eat them on their own

Tiny cabbages stuck on a tall stalk
Brussel sprouts bloom in autumn’s call
Roast, steam, or eat raw in small bites
Their burst of flavor is a pure delight

In green gardens bloom red tomatoes
Juicy and ripe in their sunlit beds
Enjoy their sheer delightful taste

In sauces, salads, or just a bite

Varieties of potatoes grow underground

In the darkness deep in the soft earth
Whether baked, mashed, or fried with zest
In every form, they are at their best

Spinach leaves are so dark and bold
Rich in iron, vitamin A, C, K, and potassium
They are leaves of health in every way

Use them in smoothies, salads, or a sauté them

Log, cool, and crispy cucumbers offer
A refreshing bite in summer’s hot sway
A vegetable of water and low calorie content

Tastes so good in salads, sandwiches, or as a juice
