SAHELI DV WALK On Saturday, October 19th, 2024, we gathered at the beautiful Horn Pond in Woburn for our Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Walk, a day dedicated to celebrating and honoring survivors while empowering them to break the cycle of domestic abuse. The event was filled with hope, solidarity, and a strong sense of community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who donated, spread the word, and participated in the walk for Saheli's cause; your support is vital to our mission of empowering survivors and promoting a world free from violence. This year, we had an impressive turnout of 80 participants from both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with ages ranging from 10 to 60, making it a truly family-friendly event that included our furry friends as well. We are honored to share that, thanks to your generous donations and registrations, we have officially raised over $14.5k. |
