A Shehnai and Sitar Concert

Our next Baithak is scheduled for Sunday, September 29th at 5:00 PM in Framingham. This will be a solo as well as a jugalbandi concert representing legendary lineages of Shehnai and Sitar. On sitar we have Pt. Ashim Chowdhury of the Etawa Gharana (Ustad Vilayat Khan's gharana), on shehnai we have Pt. Lokesh Anand (of Ustad Bismillah Khan's Gharana), and on tabla we have Pt. Hindol Majumdar of Farukkhabad Gharana.

Note: Cars must be parked on the property, street parking is not allowed, parking on the lawn is permitted and required.

Tickets: Free for Baithak members and students. $25 for non members.
