Her voice effortlessly spanning three saptakas mastering both classical and semi-classical music forms such as Thumri, Dadra, Kajari, Hori, Chaiti, Natysangeet, Dasthat, Raagmala leaves a profound impressions on her listeners. Manjusha received her initial training in music under Pt. Mhaiskar Buva of Sangli, and subsequently, under late Pt. D.V. Kanebuva for 13 years in Gurukul Paddhati. She also learned nuances of Gwalior gharana from Vidushi Shubhadatai Paradkar and then continued learning Kanebuva's legacy from Pt. Narendra Kanekar who was a senior desciple of Pt. Kanebuva. In Pune, she refined her skills in the Agra and Gwalior gharanas under Pt. Vikas Kashalkar. Currently, she is receiving advanced training under the able guidance of the illustrious vocalist of today Padmashree Pt. Ulhas Kashalakar. Manjusha is a top-grade artist of All India Radio (AIR), the highest rating awarded to an artist by the AIR. She has also received several prestigious awards such as Ustaad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar, Pt. Kumar Gandharva Rashtriya Puraskar, Gaan Saraswati Puraskar, Ustaad Faiyaz Khan Puraskar to mention a few.
